By engaging Axiom Pacifica for regulatory compliance, US Agent representation, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Axiom Pacifica provides US regulatory compliance consulting and representation services for international e-commerce businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, acting as a designated US Agent and submitting required regulatory filings (e.g., Beneficial Ownership Information) to federal and state authorities.
As a client, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information required for us to perform our services. You acknowledge that Axiom Pacifica relies on the information you provide to submit official filings. You are solely responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from inaccurate or false information provided to us.
Fees for our services are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any compliance review or regulatory filing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not successfully processed.
Due to the nature of regulatory and compliance filings, our refund policy is strictly enforced:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Pacifica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or any regulatory action taken against your business.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
